Find out who is at the door before opening it by using an intercom that gives you a live view of your entrance and then choose to speak to them wherever you are. So, if you’ve popped down to the shops, you will never miss that important delivery or leave your visitor out in the rain.
The image below shows the great looking Loxone Intercom which can light up at night when dark or by its built in proximity sensor. When the bell buuton is pushed a bell is sounded on the audio system in the house, the image is displayed on your phone or tablet. You can then speak to the caller from anywhere in the world. Or an automated message can be played.
Bespoke Alarm System
An incredibly comprehensive alarm system can easily be set up. In the event of the alarm being triggered, you are immediately alerted by a phone call, text notification, If you are not available then it will proceed to go through a list of your preferred contacts one by one. All the lights in the house and garden will start flashing, an internal alarm is played over the speakers, the blinds are raised, the siren and strobe will then alert the neighbours. A phone call to a list of your contacts is then initiated. A signal can be sent out to a monitoring centre as Loxone also supports SIA DC09. Peace of mind
A switch by your bed or a switch by the front door is a great way to put the house into ‘Night Mode’ which,as well as switching off al the lights, arms the burglar alarm, the system can also notify you should you have inadvertently left your windows or garage doors open.
Monitor who is coming into the house
Using an NFC key fob tag or sticker attached to your phone and holding it against the Loxone NFC touch code is a very convenient, secure and quick way to access your property. A motorised or magnetic lock fitted to your doors or gates is operated when the NFC touchcode successfully authenicates. Individual access rights can be created for specific periods of time, so you can allow access to a cleaner, for example every Tuesday between 2pm and 3 pm, and not at other times. A gardener access to the side gate once a week on Friday morning, or an on the fly one-time code to a delivery driver to allow access to the garage. You can create and delete codes ‘on the fly’ directly from the App!
You can simply hold an encrypted NFC tag to the reader to allow access.
