The intelligent room controller will work out how long a particular room takes to get to your desired temperature so you can be guaranteed when you go down for breakfast your kitchen will feel just right.
Several heating and cooling sources can be integrated simultaneously; conventional radiators, underfloor heating or plinth heaters. You can choose which sources are used first, so perhaps a cheaper source initially then a more expensive source.
Even if you use a wood-burner or open fireplace the heating the radiators or underfloor heating is switched off automatically if the room has reached its desired temperature.
Summer Cooling
On those hot summer days with the sun streaming through the windows, if the room temperature rises above your comfort temperature, Loxone initially looks to bring down the room temperature and save energy by closing your blinds, then if not sufficient it will then use the Air Conditioning.
UniQhome will integrate your smart home with your existing Air Conditioning system if required, this is all controllable through the Loxone App, should you wish to make any changes.
